TOPS Pressure Seal Has Arrived

When Dynamic Systems introduced an intriguing new line of Pressure Seal products to TOPS, we immediately recognized the time savings and efficiencies the products would offer to our clients. So we co-developed with Dynamic Systems to seamlessly integrate several new pressure seal document formats with TOPS Professional™ .

Pressure seal is a unique process that allows you to create an information document (Statements, Invoices, MICR checks, etc.) and the outgoing envelope from a single sheet. Once printed, the document is folded and sealed in a special machine that seals the document using pressure …producing the mail-ready document!

The new TOPS Pressure Seal products are available to replace several traditional TOPS forms. Pressure seal is ideal when printing TOPS statements, invoices, MICR checks and potentially any one-way notification.

Additionally, a very special design has been created to offer a return envelope with your TOPS statements. This design provides the statement recipient with a pre-addressed return envelope to remit payment in. This is three items, the statement, outgoing envelope and pre-addressed return envelope all from a single sheet!

Switching to pressure seal will eliminate the need for envelopes, stuffing time, print time, storage, loss to damage or humidity and errors in mailing. The machine can easily pay for itself in less than a year.
